1) Definitions
- Site / Store: The online shop available at achieve-weightloss.com (and associated pages).
- Operator / We / Us / Our: The entity operating the Site.
- User / You / Customer: Any person using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order.
- Products: Items listed for sale on the Site, including research-grade peptides, accessories, and related goods.
- Account: A personal profile created by a User to place and manage orders.
2) Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase of Products. By placing an order you confirm that you:
- are at least 18 years old,
- have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
3) Account & Use
Creating an Account is optional but recommended. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Do not misuse the Site (e.g., unlawful content, fraud, attempts to disrupt service).
4) Product Information & Intended Use
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith. Minor non-material variations may occur. Products related to metabolic health are not a substitute for medical care and should be used only under professional guidance where applicable. Always follow label/insert instructions.
5) Pricing, Taxes & Availability
Prices are displayed in the Store currency and may change without notice. If applicable, taxes/VAT and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Availability is not guaranteed; we may cancel and refund an order if a Product is unavailable or an error is identified.
6) Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., cards, bank transfer, and/or local gateways). For bank transfer, include your Order Number in the transfer reference. Orders are processed after payment is received/confirmed.
7) Shipping & Delivery
- Processing begins after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timeframe: Please allow 12–14 days for your order to arrive after payment. Tracking will be provided when dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
- For deliveries outside your customs union/area, import duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if any) are the Customer’s responsibility.
8) Risk & Title
Title to Products transfers upon full payment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
9) Returns, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Cancellations before dispatch
You may request cancellation before dispatch; if successful, we will refund the original payment method.
9.2 EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal (distance sales)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, provided the Product is returned in resaleable condition.
9.3 Hygiene/health protection exception
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., sterile vials, needles, reconstitution supplies), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal is broken (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)).
9.4 How to return
Contact us via the Store contact form with your Order Number to obtain return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping and ensuring Products are securely packaged. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt/inspection of eligible returns.
10) Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us promptly with photos and your Order Number. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with applicable consumer law.
11) Compliance & Customs
You are responsible for ensuring that ordering and importing the Products is lawful in your jurisdiction and for providing any required information for customs clearance.
12) Disclaimers & Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, carrier delays, or customs actions outside our control.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13) Privacy & Cookies
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy & Cookies Policy (available on the Site), which explains what we collect, why, and your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, etc.).
14) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product images) is owned by or licensed to the Operator and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at checkout when you place your order applies to that order.
16) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Sweden have non-exclusive jurisdiction. EU/EEA consumers may also use local consumer-protection bodies or the EU ODR platform where applicable.
